• Always communicate through the platform where possible.
• Do not share sensitive personal information unnecessarily.

3. Spotting Scams

• Fake landlords asking for deposits without viewing.
• Duplicate or copied property images.
• Urgent pressure tactics (“pay now or lose it”).
• Requests to move conversations off-platform immediately.

If you notice any of these, report it immediately.

4. Reporting a Problem

We take reports seriously. If you encounter suspicious activity, fake listings, or abusive behavior:

• Use the in-app report feature (if available)

Include as much detail as possible (screenshots, user names, listing links).

• Do not share your login details with anyone.
• Log out from shared devices.

SpaceLinkBW is a connecting platform. We are not directly involved in rental agreements between users. However, we encourage respectful communication and fair resolution of disputes.
